How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

In windy conditions, the drone's flight can still be very stable, and the endurance is good!
Let's be honest we will read just enough instructions to get it in the air and start playing with it. Also, you will probably not spend the first two battery charges learning the controls and gently taking off and flying around on a zero wind day. You're going to take off in your backyard fly around and try and film something, well you can. The good news is even after flying into bushes, flying against a brick wall 10 ft off the ground, and landing in amongst the bushes this drone still works. I don't know much about drones but this is fun, robust and a darn good buy. I would definitely recommend it.

I just got mine last week.I've flown it probably 8 times so far and have a few things to report.Right out of the box, two things occurred to me.The bag that it comes with is well designed and the whole package fits nicely in a smaller space.It's fantastic imo.Everything fits and there's room for all the accessories.
I am first time drone buyer/owner/user/whatever and IMMEDIATELY...I felt like a pro when I cut this thing on. Now maybe idk what im talking about when I say this but this is perfect for beginners. Like I said I am a 1st time drone user . I dont know all the drone laws or whatever but I went pretty high with this thing and my pictures are really clear. Another cool thing is, the pictures that I took saved straight to my phone which is SO convenient. I havent tried video yet and its dark out here but this thing is awesome. I was torn between this one, and a H0lySt0ne (not sure if I can say other brands here or not) and I think I made the right choice with this one. if youre looking for a drone and not sure on which one to buy, then look no further. this is it.
Well, this will likely be the best-selling Drone for years to come. The drone does everything stated and exceptionally well. Super easy to fly and the photos and videos are breathtaking.
This drone that packs in a lot of great features. First,this drone has going for it is the fact it has an auto flight stabilization system. This drone self levels itself so you don't have to worry about trying to keep it stable. This feature solves the number one issue why people try drones then give up on them. The next big deal is the 4K camera. Most of these drones have just regular cameras. With this one you get a really nice 4K video camera that gives you a noticeable difference in video quality. It even has built in image stability to make sure the video is not jumping around while flying. It can even take photos so if you don't want to shoot video that is always an option. The battery charges up really quick and lasts for around a half hour or so which is a pretty good run time. It has an auto home feature so if you lose contact or if the battery is getting low it will return back home before it runs out of power. It's a really great drone for both experienced or novice users.
This drone performs very well. I've taken it on vacation and it was a snap to get into the air. It's also incredibly durable since I have crashed it a few times, sometimes very hard! But a couple of new rotor blades and it was good as new, even with a few scratches. I'm impressed by the build quality. The body appears to be metal, which came in handy on those hard landings (or tree collisions!). The camera is very good, and the compression is surprisingly good. I actually prefer this configuration of putting the card right into the drone and not relaying the image to my phone. I guess that's necessary for the 4k files. I just like popping it out and into my computer, but I suppose if you lose the drone, there goes your memory card, too! The battery life is very good and I especially like the dual battery charger. Controls are easy to learn and the drone is very stable.
My wife is a travel Agent. We use this as well as her Gopro on our travels. I do a lot of photography using this Drone. It's perfect for traveling. Not too light that the wind matters, and not too heavy that you can't get 30 minutes a battery. I find the battery time perfect. The best times to shoot are mornings and evenings. We recently took this to Costa Rica. Peru Vida! That's all I'm gonna say! This thing flies itself once you get used to it. The pictures are great. The videos are amazing! My videos are too large to load or it pins a couple.
